It's the first Puget Sound Fuel Survey of 2026! (Scroll down for survey.) Fuel surveys will be published once a month until spring, when we will be back to surveys on the first and 15th of each month. As always, we have attempted to be as accurate as possible. We use multiple sources to gather prices, including talking directly with fuel docks, gathering published prices on their websites, and the free Fuel Docks app (link at bottom). But the best source is you! If you see a different price at the pump, please let us know. We'll make corrections and repost the survey here on the app. Please remember prices can change at any time, so we always recommend calling ahead to confirm the price of fuel before you arrive.
Compared to early winter prices, the average cost per gallon for gas actually went down 23 cents! The new average is $5.42/gal. 16 fuel docks are under $5.00/gal, with Oak Harbor even under $4.00 at $3.62/gal. Squalicum (E-10) and Port Orchard are next at $4.38 and $4.42/gal respectively.
Diesel prices also came down 23 cents with an across the board average of $5.13/gal. 21 fuel docks are now $5.00/gal or less. Oak Harbor is still the lowest on the sound, again under $4.00 at $3.58/gal. Point Roberts is also under $4.00, at $3.97/gal, and Cap Sante in Anacortes is third lowest at $4.30/gal.
As always,
Find your Happy Place!
